Reginald Richardson is a master teacher and seasoned school leader with a deep commitment to helping leaders reconnect with their purpose and articulate a clear, actionable vision. Through Earthseed Consulting LLC, he offers expert guidance and practical skill-building to help leaders increase their effectiveness. He also partners with leadership teams to amplify their collective impact, enhance the quality of school communities, and ultimately improve academic outcomes for all students.

In addition to his leadership work, Reginald trains educators to strategically integrate AI as a powerful thought partner in decision-making, planning, and task execution.

Rooted in a strong commitment to social justice and equity, Reginald empowers educators to create learning environments that are both equitable and joyful—broadening access and deepening impact for every student.
