About Reggie

Reginald Richardson is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Earthseed Consulting LLC. A master teacher and experienced school leader, he is deeply committed to helping leaders rediscover their purpose and articulate a clear vision for their leadership. Through Earthseed, he provides expert guidance and skill-building to enable leaders to be more effective. He also collaborates with leadership teams to amplify their impact, elevate the quality of school communities, and ultimately improve academic outcomes for all students.

He also trains educators to strategically employ AI as valuable thought partners for decision-making, planning, and task execution.

Grounded in a deep commitment to social justice and creating equity spaces, Reginald further empowers educators to cultivate equitable and joyful learning environments to broaden access and enhance impact for every student.

His commitment to social change includes a focus on economic empowerment and extends beyond the classroom. He leverages education, technology, culture, and media as tools to create a more just world. This is evident in his roles as a founding partner of:
